What's new

Everything we've shipped on Equimake, newest first. Ideas for what's next? Tell us on Discord.

  1. AI Builder and Behaviors

    • AI Builder Beta

Describe what you want and AI builds it: it places matching models from the public library (or offers you a few to pick from), spawns and arranges shapes, builds things out of them, or moves, resizes and recolors what you select. Find it in the bottom-right corner of any experience you can edit.

    • Code: graphs and JavaScript Beta

Bring objects to life: make them spin, float, change color or react to clicks. Connect nodes in a visual graph, write JavaScript, or just ask the AI. Start from ready-made templates and sample code, with version history. Open the new Code tab in the sidebar and press Play at the top to try it.

    • Game templates and play mode New

Drive an object with WASD, jump with Space and let the camera follow it or look through its eyes. Start from the game samples in the Code tab, then press Play: the editor steps aside until you press Stop.

    • Physics New

Turn on Physics for any object in the Objects tab and it falls, collides and bounces in play mode. Scripts can push objects, react to touches and set up triggers; gravity lives in Advanced.

    • Start from a template

New experiences can begin as a third-person coin run, a first-person arena or a showroom instead of an empty scene.

    • Drop models into your scene

Drag a .glb file onto the 3D view, or press Upload in the Library tab, and it lands in your scene and your library.

    • Undo almost everything

Adding, duplicating, deleting, recoloring and renaming objects can now be undone and redone with Ctrl+Z and Ctrl+Y.

    • A fresh home page

The home page now explains what Equimake does at a glance, with live examples and answers to common questions.

  2. Smoother editing

    • Delete on Mac

The Backspace key now deletes the selected object on Mac keyboards.

    • Better embeds

Embedded experiences load faster and look sharper on your website.

    • Easier on phones

Larger text and an always-visible 3D button make building on mobile more comfortable.
